  • State of the art automated equipment at all process steps, including surface treatment/powder coating and busbar manufacturing and plating.
  • A large inventory of all commonly used raw materials are stocked onsite.
  • The engineering team of 20 degreed EE’s and ME’s excel at all aspects of electrical/mechanical design and manufacturing.

  • All the machine tools are 10 years or less old and they all have coolant coolers to help maintain dimensional stability.
  • Employee uniforms have insignia’s designating the level of training and proficiency.
  • QA lab is temperature controlled and is extensively stocked with equipment and hand measurement tools. All measurement equipment is on a calibration program and are up to date and tagged.
  • Management staff is hands on and leads by example.
